Pricing:
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change. Sales tax of 6% will be added to all orders shipped to an Ohio address. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns:
Merchandise will be accepted for credit or exchange only in original, re-saleable condition within 30 days of shipment and must be accompanied by your packing slip or receipt. Credits or exchanges must be returned to Art Guild at customer's expense. Freight charges are non-refundable.  All returns are subject to approval before refunds or exchanges will be made. All returns are the responsibility of the customer; therefore, protect yourself agamst loss of returns by sending Insured Mail or lnsured UPS. Please allow three weeks for your exchanged item(s) to be shipped to you. Allow two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement for item(s) returned. Any credits issued will be processed in the same manner in which the purchase was made (i.e., a purchase that was put on a credit card will be credited to that same card number).

Delivery
All orders will be shipped as soon as possible; however, all orders are subject to availability of merchandise. Backorders will be shipped as soon as manufacturers can supply. All items over 8 oz. Will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS). Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd day select delivery are available on request at an additional cost (see shipping charge guide). Saturday delivery where available, is also additional.

Prices
If you wish to exchange merchandise, please include $2.00 per item to cover our return shipping cost. All items must include the return form enclosed with the original shipment. Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date or they will not be accepted.
